Your Excellency, when you launched EBOCAB a year ago under the banner of the "People’s Charter of Needs," you didn't just introduce cars to our roads; you fundamentally transformed urban mobility, security, and economic opportunities in Ebonyi State.

By providing a modern, digitally driven, and safe ride-hailing alternative, you put an end to the historical challenges of touting, harassment, and security vulnerabilities that previously plagued our metropolis. Through your visionary leadership:

 Youth Empowerment: Hundreds of young Ebonyians have gained dignified, sustainable employment as professional drivers and support staff.

 

Enhanced Security: Commuters can now travel 24/7 with absolute peace of mind, knowing every ride is digitally tracked and secure.

 Economic Boost: Our state capital has taken a giant leap into the digital economy, streamlining commutes to our international market, airport, and urban centers.
