HON. KENOK JOINS THE CENTRE: A BOLD STEP FOR GREATER IMPACT IN EZZA NORTH EAST

In a move that has sparked wide admiration and deep reflection across Ebonyi State, especially in Ezza North East Constituency, Hon. Kelvin Kenechukwu Okeh (KENOK) has officially announced his defection from the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) to the All Progressive Congress (APC) — the ruling party in Ebonyi State under the leadership of His Excellency Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.

In his public statement, Hon. KENOK made it clear that his decision is rooted in one thing and one thing only: the development and betterment of his constituents. With his usual humility and clarity of purpose, he explained that aligning with the Governor's administration is a strategic step towards unlocking even greater development for Ezza North East Constituency.

  • Restored electricity in Okposi Autonomous Community.
  • Procured a 500KVA transformer for Ogbaga, Agudiegwu, and Enyibichiri villages.
  • Built modern houses for the eldest man in Umuoghara and a childless widow in Azu-Ose.
  • Installed solar street lights in Imeli and Nweke Ishi Offia roads.
  • Enrolled 300 women and children into the State Health Insurance Scheme (EBSHIA).
  • Distributed fertilizers, cash palliatives to over 250 people, and captured 350 more for upcoming empowerment.
  • Facilitated 50+ successful medical surgeries for hydrocele and hernia patients.
  • Secured international scholarships for 4 constituents.
  • Worked hard for job placements, support for farmers, and Christmas welfare for the elderly, widows, and youth.
  • Attracted a modern classroom block, brought AMURT hospital, and enrolled 100 persons into BERWO Foundation healthcare.




This is service in motion — and now, with political alignment, the pace will only get faster and better.

The Way Forward for Ezza North East Constituency

We at Ebponyi GIST Lovers call on all sons and daughters of Ezza North East Constituency — youths, elders, traditional rulers, women groups, and town unions — to rally behind Hon. KENOK.
